Understanding Offers and Delivery Requests

You can browse for available offers under the “Offers” section in the Driver app. Each offer is made up of one or more groups of up to 12 packages. Each group is called a delivery request. Every offer will include at least one delivery request, and can contain multiple.

Customize Your Offers

Think of delivery requests as building blocks. The Driver App assembles these building blocks into offers that match your preferences:

  • Route duration – Choose shorter or longer routes depending on how much time you want to work.
  • Delivery area – Select the neighborhoods or regions you prefer to drive in.

If you prefer longer, higher-paying routes, your offers may include more delivery requests and packages. If you prefer shorter routes and want to work fewer hours, your offers could be as small as a single delivery request with up to 12 packages.

You’ll be able to browse and choose from multiple offers that fit your criteria. Since this is a supply-and-demand marketplace, sometimes the exact offers that match your preferences may already be claimed. In those cases, Veho will still show you other available offers so you always have opportunities to drive and earn—subject to availability.

How it Works

  • Delivery Request = A group of up to 12 packages.
  • Marketplace Offer = One or more delivery requests combined into a single route.

Below are some examples of the different types of routes that may be available to you. Note that these are just examples and not all routes will look like these.

  • Tailored to your preferences – You control route length and delivery area.
  • Flexibility & efficiency – Whether you want a quick 2-hour route or a longer earnings day, the system matches you with the right routes.
  • More earning potential – Fewer trips back and forth means more time on the road delivering and earning.
