Veho is operational 362 days a year. Veho facilities are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day, Veho does not conduct pick ups or receive injections on these days.  For information about shipping perishables around holidays, click here.

Non-peak Holiday Planning - What to Expect

Your Veho Client team will reach out to you approximately 3 weeks before each major holiday with requests for updated plans and/or forecasts. Approximately 5 days before the holiday, Veho will share notification of any schedule or forecast requests that can not be accommodated.

Active Zip Coverage

Veho may at times make changes to Active Coverage at our discretion. This includes expansion and removal of zips. In most cases, zip codes are removed when they encompass unserviceable areas, such as military bases.

Launching and Expanding with Veho

Veho requires 1-4 weeks lead time for launch and expansion preparation following contract signature and detail finalization. This applies to both newly onboarded shippers, and existing clients expanding into new markets. The exact timeline will depend on the ramp plan and operational complexity involved. Your Veho Account Manager will work closely to communicate all relevant timelines and requirements during this planning process.

Unserviceable Address Types 

Veho does not facilitate delivery to military bases or P.O boxes. Veho enables deliveries throughout the day, and cannot guarantee delivery to locations that are only accessible for limited hours.
