TL;DR
Veho will scale in 2026 and beyond by doubling down on its technology advantage, building centralized Centers of Expertise for operational excellence, and partnering strategically to unlock flexible capacity—while continuing to improve reliability, cost competitiveness, and customer experience.
Veho was founded with a simple idea: delivery should be flexible, reliable, and delightful for every customer.
That idea has guided us through remarkable growth. In 2025 alone, we doubled the volume flowing through our network and tripled new client onboardings—all while improving unit economics across the network.
Today, Veho is stronger than ever. As we’ve grown, we’ve learned where we are exceptionally strong, where we can be even stronger, and where it makes sense to partner with specialists rather than build everything in-house.
In this post, I’ll walk through each of those areas and how they shape our approach to scaling operations in 2026 and beyond.
Where Is Veho Strongest Today?
Veho is strongest where technology directly drives reliability, cost competitiveness, and customer experience.
At the heart of Veho is a core belief: the only way to power the future of commerce—our mission—is to own and develop the full technology stack that supports our clients as their needs evolve.
From day one, we’ve invested heavily in research and development. Nearly half of our corporate team is dedicated to technology and R&D, compared with less than 3% at national legacy carriers. This investment powers everything we do, including:
- Warehouse operations management
- Route optimization and planning
- Real-time delivery instructions for consumers
- Transparency and insight for shippers
- Tools that enable driver partners to deliver consistently high-quality experiences
Our home-built, vertically integrated technology platform is how we build and maintain trust with e-commerce brands, logistics decision-makers, their customers, and our driver partners.
Every day, the platform gets smarter, faster, and more efficient.
Looking ahead to 2026, this technology advantage will unlock new levels of delivery optionality, giving brands, consumers, and driver partners more choice, flexibility, and control than ever before.
Where Will Veho Be Strongest Next?
Veho will be strongest by building Centers of Expertise that accelerate decision-making, quality, and collaboration.
While Veho is a technology company, we operate in the logistics business. Much of our corporate and technical work can happen remotely—but we’ve learned that some work is best done in person, side-by-side.
- Collaboration drives speed.
- Proximity drives quality.
Over the coming months, we will establish Centers of Expertise (CoEs)—physical hubs where teams responsible for functions that directly impact customer and driver experience work together in one location.
Example: Dallas Center of Expertise
Our Dallas CoE will serve as the anchor for:
- Ground Operations leadership
- Training and onboarding
- Network health and performance
This is where we will:
- Centralize best practices
- Test new operational technologies before national rollout
- Bring site leaders together for hands-on learning
By co-locating operations, product, and engineering leaders, we enable faster decisions, real-time problem solving, and stronger cross-functional alignment.
Concentrating expertise in this way helps us solve problems more quickly, share insights across teams, and deliver the reliability our clients and their customers expect from Veho.
How Is Veho Complementing Its Strengths?
Veho is unlocking capacity and flexibility by partnering with trusted operators who specialize in day-to-day execution.
As we’ve expanded into dozens of markets—including some of the most complex in the country—we’ve seen just how variable e-commerce logistics can be.
Shipper volume can swing dramatically due to:
- Consumer demand shifts
- Pricing changes
- Weather events
- Tariffs and policy changes
- Unpredictable inbound package timing
With new client onboardings tripling year over year—and many launching and scaling quickly—we’re constantly flexing capacity.
To remain the trusted partner our clients expect, Veho needs to be as flexible as they are.
That’s why we’ve leaned into a scalable partner model:
- 68% of our warehouse operations are currently run through trusted partners
- All partners operate under Veho’s operational guidelines and proprietary technology
This approach delivers clear benefits for our clients:
- Faster ramp-up when launching new markets
- Smoother operations during sudden demand changes
- Consistent, high-quality delivery experiences—without compromise
Peak Season Flexibility
This flexibility is especially critical during Peak holiday shopping periods. Last year:
- Parcel volume doubled on Black Friday
- Remained elevated for the following week
- Stayed high for nearly a month
Just as we scale our network of independent contractor driver partners during surges, our warehouse operations are designed to flex efficiently. Teams sort parcels and load trucks under Veho standards and technology—often supported by excellent 3PL partners in key markets.
This model also enables faster market launches and expansions, while preserving the signature experience Veho is known for.
Looking Ahead
In a world in which consumers and brands expect high reliability, fast delivery, tracking transparency and a great delivery experience - all at a lower cost than ever before - technology and flexibility are key. Veho’s tech and product teams have built a value proposition unmatched in the logistics space. As we approach Peak and 2026, it’s on the Operations team to ensure we have built the internal expertise and muscle, as well as the right partner relationships to deliver on what our technology makes possible and scale to meet – and surpass – client expectations.
Our focus remains clear: execute with excellence, grow with discipline, and deliver with reliability.
Thank you for being incredible partners along the journey. I am so excited for what’s ahead!
Albert
