The Path to Becoming a National, Primary Shipping Partner in 2026

As we enter the final stretch of 2025, and Veho’s immediate focus shifts to executing for our clients during their most important time of year, I want to preview for you how I am thinking about our path forward as we evolve into a national-level, primary shipping partner for e-commerce brands in 2026 and beyond.

2025 has been a year of extraordinary growth and progress. We’ve doubled the volume flowing through our network, tripled new client onboardings, and achieved the strongest unit economics in our history. We’ve launched new products to compete with legacy logistics providers -- winning on both cost and quality -- and expanded into some of the most complex and competitive markets in the country—including Southern California and New York City. We are profitable in all of the regions in which we operate.

Now, we’re heading into Peak season, the most important and demanding time of year for our clients and for us.

This is where everything we’ve built comes together.

How We Got Here

Veho has undergone a significant transformation over the past few years. We’ve gone from an ambitious, but small, last-mile delivery challenger to a coast-to-coast, delivery network that’s redefining what brands and consumers can expect from e-commerce logistics. We’ve grown from a single-product to multi-product company, offering more delivery options and more flexibility than ever before. We have built trust: graduating from a challenger trying to prove a new way to delight customers at their doorstep, to a trusted platform of choice for many household brands and millions of consumers. Most importantly, we’ve proven that it’s possible to deliver high reliability, low cost, and an exceptional customer experience at the same time. 

To get here, we’ve invested heavily in our R&D advantage and developed a vertically integrated tech stack that allows us to run our operation with precision while scaling quickly; and that powers our cost and quality advantage over legacy shipping providers and newer market entrants alike. That platform now powers millions of deliveries every week, conducted by tens of thousands of independent delivery partners - all running on our technology.

And we’ve done all this from a position of strength—with a strong balance sheet, disciplined operations, and ongoing support from top-tier investors (including new, world class investors who have recently invested in Veho) who all believe in our long-term vision to power the future of commerce.

The Road to 2026

Looking beyond Peak, 2026 will be about unlocking the next phase of our growth.

As e-commerce continues to grow and consumer expectations continue to evolve – now more than ever -- Veho is positioned to help brands upgrade their supply chain, and in turn, help them elevate one of the most important moments in their customer journey: the doorstep delivery.

Our ambition is clear: to become the Primary Shipping Partner for e-commerce brands and their customers — the most trusted partner when it comes to moving packages across the country, powering post-purchase experiences, and driving loyalty.

We know this won’t be easy. We know we face industry giants who have built amazing businesses (but are not well suited for e-commerce), and aggressive competitors. But, just as when President Kennedy set the nearly impossible goal of putting a man on the moon, we believe setting this ambitious goal will concentrate our thinking and efforts on how to achieve it. And I fully expect that we will become the shipping partner of choice for a growing share of our clients in 2026.

To get there, we’re focused on four major priorities:

  1. National Expansion: Doubling our coverage to reach more of the U.S. population and serve customers coast to coast.
  2. Multi-Product Platform: Offering the highest-quality product at every price point—from fast and premium to efficient and economical.
  3. Category Expansion: Entering new segments like mid-market, SMB, and healthcare, where our flexibility, quality and cost advantage can make the biggest impact.
  4. World-Class Supply Chain: Operating with the consistency, safety, and precision of a global leader—where every site, every process, and every partner runs on the same clock.

These priorities build on what we’ve achieved this year and set the foundation for what comes next.


What It Will Take

To achieve this, we’re continuing to evolve.

We’re doubling down on technology, which sits at the heart of everything we do—powering our network, improving visibility, and driving efficiency across every market.

We’re building Centers of Expertise to ensure we scale best practices (particularly with respect to operations, safety and data visibility) companywide. Examples of this range from having critical client- and driver-facing teams work together physically in one location, through leveraging specialist partners to scale our growth, to building a national operations center in Dallas.

And we’re continuing to invest in talent density — attracting and developing the best and hungriest people in the industry and giving them the space to do the work of their lifetime.

We’re holding ourselves and our partners to the Veho standard, and never settling for “good enough.” That’s how greatness gets made.


The Path Forward

Veho’s story has always been about progress through transformation. From the early days of scrappy execution to today’s sophisticated, data-driven network, every evolution has made us stronger. And we are only getting started.

Peak is our proving ground. But 2026 is our next leap forward.
